Campaign summary:
This campaign was created for Piedmont Natural Gas to educate customers about what to do when/if their natural gas meter becomes flooded. Customers in the Eastern Carolinas often are impacted by hurricanes and coastal flooding. Many customers try to turn off their natural gas meter and/or clear flood debris from the area, which could be dangerous. Shorter versions of the video are used on social media.Â
