Equal Payment Plan Campaign

Campaign Summary:

This customer service campaign was created for Piedmont Natural Gas to generate more customer interest in the company's Equal Payment Plan (EPP).  The goal was to help customers understand the benefits of paying the same amount each month rather than facing very high seasonal bills when their natural gas usage increases due to colder weather.
